Can I start with a few windows?
Tell AWI how many openings you are considering. We can discuss a focused project or a coordinated plan across your home.
Can you quote from photos?
Photos, a window count, and approximate sizes help begin a project review. They do not establish final measurements or installation conditions. Final pricing is confirmed in a proposal.
What affects replacement-window pricing?
Dimensions, configuration, finish, glass selection, access, and installation scope can all affect the proposal. AWI can discuss the choices that matter for your home. No instant price is available in this preview.
What does cloudy glass mean?
Cloudiness between panes may indicate an issue with the insulating glass unit, while moisture on an exposed glass surface has different possible causes. Describe where you see it and share a photo so the appropriate next step can be discussed.
Can I use different inside and outside colors?
The window explorer includes examples such as black over white and bronze over white. Treat screen colors as an illustration and ask AWI to confirm available combinations for the proposed product.
Do you serve my neighborhood?
AWI serves Fort Worth, DFW, and surrounding areas from Azle, with a broader area of approximately 100 miles. Share your ZIP code to confirm service at your address.
Can the chatbot book my visit?
The current assistant does not have a connected booking calendar. Call AWI or use the project request form once it is activated. An appointment is only confirmed when AWI confirms the time.
What warranty is included?
Coverage depends on the specific product and the work included. Ask for the applicable warranty terms with your proposal, including any exclusions and service responsibilities.
