When you contact AWI

When online estimate delivery is enabled, the estimate form sends the contact details, project location, window information, and photos you choose to share to AWI for project review and follow-up. You can also contact AWI directly at info@awiwindows.com or (817) 203-4950.

Home photos

Only submit photos you have permission to share. Avoid including people, license plates, documents, or unrelated private details. Submitted images are for reviewing your inquiry. This website does not publish uploads into the public project gallery automatically.

AI conversations

When the AI assistant is connected, your messages and recent conversation context are processed through n8n and Anthropic to generate answers. Chat answers may be mistaken. AWI confirms product details, pricing, service availability, and appointments. Do not put payment information, passwords, or other sensitive details into chat.

Your project planner

The planner keeps your choices on the current page until you choose to copy them or use them in an estimate. If you choose “Use this plan in my estimate,” a copy of your planning answers is temporarily kept in this browser tab so you can review it on the estimate page. It contains no selected photos or contact fields. Nothing is sent to AWI by this step.

The estimate page asks you to apply or discard the plan. Applying fills empty project fields and preserves anything you have already entered. The temporary copy is removed when you apply or discard it, or when an expired plan is next checked. Plans expire after 30 minutes; closing the tab normally clears its session storage. Submitting an estimate is a separate action.

Website operation

The hosted site uses a session cookie to support form and chat security. The server processes request information, including an internet address, to limit abuse. Hosting and connected service providers may keep operational logs under their own policies. This draft does not load advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts.

Contact info@awiwindows.com if you want to correct information in an inquiry or ask about information you shared with AWI. Email and project records may remain in AWI’s business systems; this site does not offer an automatic deletion or retention guarantee.

Website information updated October 16, 2026. Hosted form delivery still requires end-to-end verification. Preferred visit times are requests; AWI contacts you to arrange an appointment.
