A useful first look.
A clearer proposal.
Start with the whole home
Take a wide exterior photo of each side where you want windows replaced. Then take a closer view of each opening from inside and outside when safely accessible. Identify the room and mark which openings are part of your request.
Label each opening
Use simple labels such as kitchen 1 or front bedroom 2. Count the openings individually and note windows grouped together. A clear photo and room label are more useful than an uncertain guess about the existing window model.
Share approximate width × height
If you can reach the opening safely, write down an approximate width and height in inches and explain where you measured. Include the room label and quantity. These are planning measurements, not order sizes. Do not remove trim, lean outside, or climb to reach an opening for this request.
Tell us what you notice
Point out difficult operation, damaged trim, fogging, or other concerns. Include close-up photos where useful. A photograph alone does not establish the condition of concealed framing or the full installation scope.
AWI confirms before ordering
Product choice, final dimensions, installation conditions, and written pricing need confirmation. Do not order a replacement window using rough measurements supplied through this form.
